Visitors are requested to not wear strong scented perfume as animals are sensitive to odor.

Visitors must reach 10 minutes before the selected time slots.

Tram ride will be included in the admission ticket of seniors.

Jurong Bird Park operating hours will remain from 8:30am to 6pm (last entry at 5pm).

All shows are weather permitting. Do not stand or raise your hands unless asked to do so for your own safety.

No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.

Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff.

All visitors are required to book their visit date and time online before visiting the parks.

Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from your selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability.

All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.

You will receive a welcome letter, stating date and time of participation within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please present this welcome letter for redemption at the Jurong Bird Park Membership Services Centre.

All shows are operating at limited capacity as part of the necessary safe management measures. We seek your understanding that once full, we will be unable to accept more guests.

Children aged 0-2 can enter free of charge, children aged 3-12 will be charged at a child price and individuals aged 13 and above will be charged at an adult price.

Show Timing (Kings of the Skies): Hawk Arena (20 minutes)- 10:00 AM, 4:00 PM and Show Timing (High Flyers): Pools Amphitheatre (20 minutes)- 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM.

Please note that admission tickets are not to be re-sold on any channel for resale including via third party online platforms. In the event of such unauthorised sale, the admission ticket will be rejected and visitors will not be allowed to enter the park without prior notice or compensation to the ticket holder.
